Programme Philosophy
You already swing at scratch speed. The gap is consistency — tighter standard deviations across every metric. Each week builds on the last: establish fundamentals, then train under pressure, then transfer to the course.

  • How many wedge shots landed within 30 ft of target?
Don't think about score. This is data collection.

  • Each driver swing: deliberate pre-shot routine. Gate drill feel in the warm-up, then let it go.
  • Every wedge to a specific yardage. No vague "around 120".
Thu
